- How does the 30-day free trial work?
- Start it from the Pro checkout: add a card and pay $0 today. You get 30 days of Pro free, then your subscription starts automatically at the plan you picked. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won’t be charged. One trial per account.
- Can I fix a wrong ID?
- An ID you added, yes - edit or delete it in place, from the tracklist panel on SoundCloud or the tracklist page here. Someone else’s goes to the mix’s DJ as a suggested correction, and the DJ can edit any row in their own set. Free on both tiers.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- Yes - upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing cycles any time from your billing settings. Stripe handles proration automatically.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep Pro until the end of your current billing period, then move to the free tier. Nothing is deleted - your full download history is preserved and unlocks again if you come back.
- Do the prices include tax?
- Prices are in USD and don’t include tax. Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout, based on your location.
